Parts Suppliers

Pelican Parts – Pelican Parts was started in 1997 by veteran Porsche owners Wayne Dempsey and Tom Gould. Our goal is to provide affordable European Parts and accessories to enthusiasts worldwide. Our customer focus is on the weekend mechanic – the fellow who loves to tinker and work on his car at any chance he can get. How do we know anything about our customers? Because we are two of these weekend warriors – struggling to keep our Porsches in pristine condition.

Stoddard – Stoddard Imported Cars, Inc.  was founded in June 1957 by Charles A. Stoddard, an automotive engineer (MIT ’52) with Thompson Products (now TRW). Initially, the operation was located in a stillborn Tucker dealership building and was known as a “Fix Anything Foreign” car repair and used car dealer. Chuck believed that the heart of the business must be its Service Department, with a dedicated in-house Body Shop.

Partsklassik – Partsklassik was founded by Kurt Donohoe in 2012. Kurt began his 30+ year Porsche career with a factory Porsche apprenticeship in Australia and later become owner and operator of a 12-bay shop in the USA. After selling his repair shop, Kurt created Partsklassik to apply his experience toward helping others obtain Porsche parts and information. In 2019, he moved on to launch Klassik Automotive Training School, a new business dedicated to education, training, and consulting for classic Porsche repair.

Repairing early Porsche vehicles has changed in the last 30 years. Many of the original parts manufacturers are gone, and the ones that are left are often discontinuing old part numbers. This has opened an entirely new secondary marketplace for smaller vendors to produce replacement parts. Unfortunately, not all the parts are made the way they should be, and many of them are just plain wrong for the car, even though they can be installed. One of our goals is to take the guesswork out of buying the parts for your car. Just because a part is available, or a cheaper version of the part is available, if it does not meet the quality standards that the part requires then we won’t sell it.

Our digital CDI is a good example of our commitment to keeping these cars on the road, and this one part has led us to making more ignition parts, such as a high quality CDI coil, CDI wiring harnesses, and hard-to-find distributor parts. We believe our future is to keep making essential parts for Air Cooled Porsche as they become unavailable!

914 Rubber – Founded by a guy that just needed a part for his restoration, we strive to provide you with parts that are no longer available, and affordable starting with the Porsche 914. So whether you’re doing a complete rotisserie restoration, or you just need a small part, we can help. We have more items under production and will have them coming online each month. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss out. If there is something that you think we should make, please let us know.

Sierra Madre Collection – Sierra Madre Collection offers an extensive selection of Porsche parts and Classic European auto parts, with a mission to provide customers with the best and easiest shopping experience. Our inventory boasts rare genuine, aftermarket, and reproduction parts, ranging from 356 Pre A Concours show quality restoration materials to replacements for the latest 991 models. We even make hard-to-find items ourselves upon request. In 2017, we launched our own product line and contracted German and other European companies to manufacture high quality parts for us.

AutoAtlanta – since 1978. I’ve found them to be quite competitive and knowledgeable when you find the right parts guy to work with. They also have parts diagrams for every car which is a great resource and it makes navigation and part finding easy.
